When will my order ship?

• Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days from your order, please email us at shop@usalacrosse.com

How can I track my order?

• Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

• Yes, we offer UPS Ground, 2-Day, Next Day
• Cutoff times for orders: Anything placed after 2pm will typically ship next business day
• By default, all orders are handled through USPS First Class Priority (1-7 Business Days) unless you select another option.
