Please contact shop@usalacrosse.com with any return issues or questions.
Most store purchases can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the shipping date for a full refund as long as it hasn't been worn or used. All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Some restrictions apply.
- If your return is not accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation, the value of the return will be based on the most recent selling price on the Member Store website.
- Gift Cards: No returns or cancellations after purchase.
- FINAL SALE: All items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund
- Event Purchases: Member Store can only offer an exchange or store credit for purchases made in person at an event.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, please return the original item first, according to return instructions above. Exchanges for same item only. Exchange item will be sent after original item received.
If you wish to order a different item, please return the original order for a refund and then place a new order.

They accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date of unworn and unwashed items. Please be sure to include your packing slip, or a print out of your order email and we'll track it down. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received. For returns we will credit you the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping.
