ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days from your order, please email us at shop@usalacrosse.com
How can I track my order?
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
- Yes, we offer UPS Ground, 2-Day, Next Day
- Cutoff times for orders: Anything placed after 2pm will typically ship next business day
- By default, all orders are handled through USPS First Class Priority (1-7 Business Days) unless you select another option.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?

PRODUCT INFORMATION
How do I find my size?
- We do our best to provide size charts for our products which are including on the product pages, either in the product description or as an image within each products image selections. If you don’t see a size chart available and have a questions, you can email us at shop@usalacrosse.com
Are products restocked if they sell out?
- Popular items are typically restocked but we also sell limited edition products so once they sell out, they’re no longer available.
- We also have products listed as final sale which we will not restock. They are also not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have a question about inventory availability, you can email us at shop@usalacrosse.com
